Changing Mindsets and Behaviours to Make Entrepreneurship Natural

The Caribbean Centre of Excellence for Youth Entrepreneurship (CEYE) is an innovative, one of a kind regional mechanism, which helps to entrench the philosophy of entrepreneurship into the psyche of Caribbean youth, accelerating the culture of entrepreneurship, thus making it a natural school to work transition choice. It is a not-for-profit company which evolved out of the increasing request for help from CARICOM countries over the past 13 years.   The organization has been operating virtually for 12 years and was formally registered in 2011.

The overall goal of the CEYE is to help to ensure the sustainability and growth of the Caribbean organization working in the area of youth entrepreneurship development.

  • VISION – To make entrepreneurship a natural career choice for youth in the Caribbean.
  • MISSION - To help CARICOM young entrepreneurs to acquire the skills, aptitude and attitude needed to become successful entrepreneurs and/or productive individuals.

The CEYE is led by regional youth entrepreneurship pioneer Marcia Brandon and governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.
